CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY: All cancellations and transfer requests must be in writing (may be sent via e-mail to cpence@aol.com) and received one week prior to the start of the class. A cancellation or transfer request received less than one week before the start of the class will be accepted at the discretion of the Registrar for emergency situations only. No-shows will be subject to the forfeiture of all registration fees.
