A required course for the Certificate in Fund Raising Management
The Fund Raising School has continually worked to perfect Principles & Techniques of Fundraising as the ultimate fundraising course. Recognized internationally, Principles & Techniques gives you the foundation and inspiration to lead your nonprofit to its financial goals. It provides you with the framework for operating a successful total development program. It is an intensive five-day, A through Z training program that is the basis for the rest of the School's courses.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
This course is valuable to both new and seasoned professionals, volunteers and staff. As a new professional, you'll learn the "must-know" strategies and tools of fundraising that let you hit the ground running toward success.
For seasoned professionals, this course will teach you creative ways to handle common problems, refine your management skills and reinvigorate your enthusiasm for fundraising. It will provide you with a management framework to bring your valuable experiences together.
Participants must stay through the end of the class in order to receive Continuing Education Units and credit toward the completion of the Certificate in Fund Raising Management. Travel arrangements and other appointments should be scheduled around class times. The course will adjourn at 12:30 p.m. on the last day.
