Back by popular demand.  A workshop designed to teach professionals engaged in fundraising insight into how their personality and communication skills affect the outcome of a solicitation This concentrated training will teach participants  how their personality and behavior affects communication.  Adapting one’s behavior can  produce extra- ordinary results.  Participants will take a brief DiSC Behavioral Profile and see how their results differ from others.  Learning to adjust one's style will result in one's ability to be more successful in fundraising. This is a favorite workshop among the hundreds of people who have taken it. Learn from a Certified DiSC Trainer.

· Gain an understanding of how one’s style affects prospective donors;
· Become aware of your ability to change to meet the needs of others;
